Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer calculated shipping rates and timing by domestic carriers on each US order.  You can select a carrier and a shipping speed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Tracking is emailed once the order has been shipped.

All packages are sent via the carrier and shipping speed you select and pay for at checkout.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by your choice of carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries - if you are unable to checkout from your country, please email info@studiosnerd.com for assistance.

International shipments are sent via the carrier you select.  An estimate of shipping time is provided at the shipping information part of checkout. 

Shipping prices are not marked up.  Prices are determined by carrier based on package size and weight. We apologize for how expensive it is and understand that it is too much for many people, but we like to still offer international shipping for those who are interested.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Duties and taxes vary by country and by order, so we are unable to estimate the cost. Please contact your customs office or local post office for that information.
